I WONDER how many sensible people welcome the prospects of an EU army possibly replacing NATO, especially when our measure of control over our own troops will effectively be surrendered to Brussels?
When we consider how disastrously the EU has handled relationships with Russia of late - it is clearly a matter of grave concern.
