PLEASE may I reply to the letter that was in the Reporter (Call the Dogs off Please, July 11). I am one of the dog-owners who takes my dog on to Castle Hall School playing fields every night and have done so for a long time.
What is wrong with this? We all pick up our dogs' mess and take it home with us to dispose of. Our children have a good time playing together (better than sat in front of a tv or games console!)and it's also good to talk to other dog-owners.
All the dogs play together chasing each other, I think that is fantastic.
So Anonymous who won't even give their name, get a life, we are doing no harm. I suggest you look out for criminals instead of picking on dog-owners.
