PEOPLE looking to get fit for summer can take part in weekly jogging sessions.
The weekly Jog Mirfield classes start on Wednesday at Mirfield Tennis Club, Memorial Park, Huddersfield Road, and run from 9.30am to 10.15am.
The sessions are suitable for people of all fitness levels and who have never jogged before or want to get back into it, and will be run by a qualified coach.
They are part of the Jog Kirklees programme and cost £2.80 each, including the use of changing facilities at the clubhouse.
