A MIRFIELD pub is starting a 'home and away' charity campaign.
The Three Nuns is helping disadvantaged children in Romania as well as youngsters in the UK.

The pub wants people to collect school supplies and arts and crafts items. Half will stay in this country for children's charity Kids Out. The rest will be taken to four Save the Children schools and orphanages in the poorest parts of Romania.

Materials needed include school bags, stationery, stickers, coloured paper, paints, glitter, toys, costume jewellery and educational games.

Items have to be new and suitable for over-fives.

They should be taken to the pub by July 26.
