A MAN was beaten by gun-wielding attackers tried to steal his Land Rover.
At around 7.30pm, a 36-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman pulled up outside an address in Orchard Street, Savile Town, Dewsbury.
The first suspect appeared at the window of their Land Rover with what is believed to be a firearm.
The man got out of the vehicle and a second suspect then appeared with a baton.
The man was assaulted, receiving injuries to both his face and body, and was taken to hospital.
