LIBRARIES in Dewsbury and Mirfield are packed with hundreds of new health books thanks to a donation from Kirklees Primary Care Trust.
As part of the Help Yourself to Better Health campaign the trust has given funds to libraries across Kirklees for more than 15,000 health-related books.
The books for all ages include tales for children about sport and keeping safe as well as books for teenagers on keep fit, hair and make-up and dealing with stress.
For mums and dads there are books on parenting, family health and life skills, while older readers can pick up tips on keeping active in retirement.
To become a library member take ID which shows your name, address and signature to your local library or if you're under 16 get a parent or guardian with ID to go with you. To find out more visit your local library or phone 01484 226300.
