Greggs in Heckmondwike has undergone a new refurbishment

Leading food-on-the-go-retailer, Greggs, has undertaken a remodel of its shop at 65 Market Street in Heckmondwike, which has re-opened as one of the business's new-look outlets.

The new shop is designed to meet the demands of busy food-on-the-go shoppers and offer customers a contemporary food-on-the-go experience. Seating and free Wi-Fi is also available for customers who wish to relax and enjoy their purchases inside the shop.

The shop will offer savouries and sandwiches, freshly prepared throughout the day, as well as a range of confectionary products.

Those looking for a lighter option can sample the Balanced Choice range; a selection of sandwiches, salads, soups, porridge and fruit, which are all less than 400 calories.

Customers can also enjoy a wide range of hot drinks, including freshly ground coffee which is made with a unique blend of Fairtrade Arabica beans and Robusta beans.

Caroline Dobson Hawke, shop manager at Greggs Heckmondwike Market Street, said: “I’m very proud to be managing this new-look shop and the shop team are looking forward to hearing what the local community think.”
