A man was arrested after windows and a car were damaged in Thornhill in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police were called to reports of criminal damage and assault at an address in Castle Crescent just before 1am.
A police spokesman said: “A number of windows and a car were damaged at one property and there were reports of two people having been assaulted, although no official complaints were made to the police.
“One person - a 20 year old man - has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on bail. Several other people are also being sought in connection with the incident.”
