An e-fit of the suspect police want to speak to in connection with an incident in Windy Bank, Hightown, when a man was seen exposing himself.

POLICE have released an e-fit of a flasher who was caught exposing himself in Hightown.

Two boys, aged nine and 10, spotted the man while they were walking through a ginnel off First Avenue, Windy Bank, around 6pm on Friday July 27.

A police spokesman said: “The man was exposed before the boys saw him, and he did no speak to the boys or approach them.

“The boys went home and reported the incident to their parents, who in turn informed the police.”

The suspect was in his forties with a goatee beard and greying brown hair. He was wearing a blue Baseball cap, blue t-shirt and blue shorts.
