Beaver lifts Rangers to new heights

Hide AdHightown are third despite being held to a 4-4 draw by Rising Sun. Adrian Stowell, Dean Commins, Jason Miller and Paul Myers scored for Hightown, with Dean Vernon (two), Jack Oldroyd and Darrell Smith replying for Rising Sun.
Matthew Brackenbury struck four goals as Marsh romped to a 10-2 win over a depleted St Ignatius side. Tom Collins and Simon Turner hit two apiece, with Tom Ellam and Ryan West also on the scoresheet. Tim Blackburn and Lee Nightingale scored for St Ignatius.
FC Pack Horse enjoyed a comfortable 6-1 win at Gomersal. Danny Holdsworth led the way with a brace, while Derek Lau, Danny Lightowler, Jason Jeffrey and Ashley Brook also found the net. James Heddon hit Gomersal’s consolation.
Taylor got back to winning ways with a 5-1 win at Battyeford Reserves. Ahmed Seedat scored two, with Abdulhai Jasat, Faizal Lambat and Suhel Jogee all finding the net. Bobby Evans struck for Battyeford.

Hide AdRailway East Ardsley are unbeaten and also four points clear at the top of Division Three after Darren Coates and Shaun Hammill both scored in a 2-0 win over Northorpe United.
Batley Irish Nash lie second after Philip Irvin and Robert Lunan both netted twice in a 5-1 win over Thornhill. Sean Housecroft completed the scoring for Nash, with Ryan Pygott replying for Thornhill.
Heckmondwike Sports Club had James Proctor (brace), Nathan Willoughby and David Boulton to thank as they won 4-2 at home to bottom side Batley Celtics who had Peter Frain and Paul Hathaway on the scoresheet.
Queens Hotel extended their unbeaten run to five games as they won 3-2 against Snowden.
