Cleckheaton’s White helps Yorkshire U20s to county success
Cleckheaton’s Josh Plunkett helped Yorkshire Under-20s record a convincing 34-7 win against Cheshire at Bowden Rugby Club near Altrincham last Sunday.
The Cleckheaton back rower started the game at No8 and was denied a try when the Cheshire scrum-half illegally stopped him grounding the ball at the back of a scrum that had been driven over.
The referee saw the incident and immediately awarded Yorkshire a penalty try.
