“It was great to receive the ‘On Camp with Kelly’ Excellent Achievement Award in recognition of my place as a finalist in the World Junior Championships, then to round off my year I really enjoyed representing GB at the European Cross Country Championships and helping our team bring home the gold.
“Being part of such an inspiring group of athletes through On Camp with Kelly, I have taken so much from the educational and training experiences, which have helped my development as an athlete this year.
“Kelly has committed so much time and energy to the programme and the support she has given me has made a huge difference.”
Dame Kelly Holmes added: “It was a fantastic night and really brought home to me how far the programme has come since early 2004.
“My personal goals for the programme have definitely been surpassed with a great team behind me.
