The eye catching stand included the innovative animal houses, log stores, compost bins and an eco-shed all with colourful growing roofs. The plants for the award winning display were provided by Kirklees Culture and Leisure Services, Bradley Nursery.

The launch of the new squirrel proof bird table also proved popular with the use of 100 per cent recycled plastics and polythene bags to create a unique design preventing pesky squirrels getting access to the feeder.

GFB will be attending Mirfield Show on August 18.
