And reporter Joe Cooper raised more than £120 by completing the Brian Robinson Challenge, a 120km bike ride when he even got to meet the great man himself.
So if you would like to sponsor me (and Maggie, of course) either email me at [email protected] or go to our Reporter Fund Virgin Giving page, where we can make even more money through gift aid. Go to http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/reporterseriesfund.
Meanwhile, two local schools have agreed to join our fundraising efforts tomorrow.
BBG and Birkenshaw Primary schools are both holding non-uniform days to raise money for our fund. And Birkenshaw Primary pupils will also be baking buns to sell for our fund.
