Efit of burglars after thousands of pounds worth of jewellery stolen

Thousands pounds worth of jewellery was stolen from a house in Dewsbury after three men forced their way in.

The burglary happened at an house on Headfield Road at 3.15pm on February 24, while a family member of the victim was in the property.

Three men have forced entry to the property and, following an untidy search, have stolen thousands of pounds worth of jewellery.

One of the men involved is described as white, around 40-years-old, with short, black hair. He was wearing a jacket and blue jeans.

Another is described as white, aged in his early 30s, of medium build and height. He was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.

There is no description for the third man.

Detective Constable Kris Roberts, of Kirklees District CID, said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who recognises the two men pictured in these e-fit images. Anyone with information is asked to contact myself in Kirklees CID via 101.”
