Ikea customers raise cash for kids
The cash, which amounted to £24,526, was raised through the company donating €1 to Save the Children and UNICEF each time a customer bought a stuffed toy.
The money, raised October 27, 2014-January 3, 2015, is part of a nationwide total of €550,000, which will help give children in some of the poorest parts of the world educational material, teacher training and a safe place to learn.
