The waste was left on Grange Lane.

Enforcement officers visited the site on Grange Lane on April 8 following reports of the amount of waste, which was blocking off the road.

THe team gathered evidence that led them to the address that the rubbish came from.

Officers have recently spoke to the property owners, and following the interview are now looking to find the whereabouts of the owner of a red Ford transit vehicle with an open back.

The vehicle they are trying to locate may have gold/yellow lettering on the side that says ‘cheaper than a skip’.

The vehicle is reported to have been driven by a man that went by the name of John. He is described as having dark curly hair, about 5ft 9ins tall and around 60 years of age.
