After the victim beeped the horn to get the man’s attention, the man approached the vehicle and hit the rear offside quarter light window causing it to smash.

The man has then grabbed and pulled the victim from his vehicle and started to reverse the car.

The victim managed to grab the steering wheel but the man continued to reverse the vehicle which has run over the victim’s leg before colliding with a garden wall. The man has then got out of the vehicle and stood on the victim’s other leg before running off along Cleveland Road towards Halifax Road.

The victim suffered injuries to both legs and minor injuries to his head, arms and torso during the incident.

His 13-year-old son was not injured.
