Singer-songwriter returns for hometown gig

A singer-songwriter who has drawn comparisons to Nick Cave and Leonard Cohen will perform a rare hometown gig in Mirfield.

John Elliott, better known as The Little Unsaid, will take to the stage at Northorpe Barn on Saturday March 19.

The alternative folk and electronic act will perform music from new album Fisher King, which was mixed by Radiohead engineer and Jonny Greenwood collaborator Graeme Stewart.

The Little Unsaid has previously completed UK and European tours and received airplay on BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 6 Music.

The doors will open at 7pm with the performance to begin at 8pm. Tickets are £7 and available from www.ticketsource.com/northorpehall.
