Three men snatch man's wallet and keys during robbery

A man was forced to hand over his wallet and house keys to three robbers in Mirfield.

Detectives in Kirklees are hoping to trace three suspects after the incident in Mirfield last Saturday.

At around 3.15am the victim and a friend got out of a taxi in Mirfield and walked home in opposite directions. T

The victim noticed three men stood outside a shop next to an ATM on Old Bank Road and decided to walk the other way home.

The three suspects begin to shout at the male victim and they ran after him. He reached Sunny Bank Avenue and was approached by the men, who asked for his wallet.

He gave them his wallet and house keys and the gang ran off back down the road.

The three men are described as white, aged between 18 and 25-years-old and wearing tracksuits.
