Yorkshire butcher issues second recall over out-of-date products

Yorkshire-based butcher Sykes House Farm has been forced to recall a second batch of products over a labelling error.

The family-run firm says that packs of its pork sausages were sold with an incorrect use by date and if consumed could pose a potential health risk.

The affected products are 380g packs of Yorkshire Outdoor Six Pork Sausages; Batch code: 166-5; Barcode: 5060182241009. The packs carry a best before date of 25 July 2016 but should have been dated 25 June 2016.
