Liversedge, currently four points clear in second, will go up should they win at East Leeds A on Saturday while Mirfield must get a result against champions Oulton to stand any chance of promotion.

Mirfield were out-classed by nine wickets at East Leeds last weekend, after the visitors’ lowly 48 was beaten by a reply of 50-1.

Liversedge suffered a 68-run loss to Adwalton A, who put 196-8 onto the scoreboard.

Adam Clarke (3-30) and Russell Clarke (3-37) stood out with the ball for Liversedge but the hosts could only muster 130 in reply, Phil Gould (38) leading the way.
