Sykes will meet Manchester’s Jonny Kays at the Motorpoint Arena but with Khan topping the bill in what could be his last fight on British soil and a packed undercard, which includes heavyweight Audley Harrison and the debut of Olympic bronze medal winner Anthony Ogogo, tickets have been selling fast.

Sykes sold his initial allocation of £50 tickets and a second batch are also spoken for, although the Dewsbury star still has a limited number of £75 tickets available from the Central Boxing Club in Batley.
