For the duration of an innings, the fielding side must have four fielders, plus the wicketkeeper and bowler inside the circle.

The second is a slight alteration to the points system. A proposal by Cleckheaton to bring in a new system was defeated, although there will be a change to rain affected matches.

When a match is abandoned without a ball being bowled, each side will receive five points – increased from two.

In games which start and are then halted by bad weather, the sides will receive five points, plus any bonus points they have collected.

The Bradford League have also released their 2011 fixtures.

The Heavy Woollen Cup will have a full compliment of 32 clubs next season.

The only change from last season’s competition is that Idle have pulled out, to be replaced by Ossett.

The draw takes place in January but secretary Lesley Robinson is urging clubs to submit their contact details for the handbooks.
