Hide AdOf her 104 appearances for the white rose, Marjorie has won 70 and lost 34 times and has helped Yorkshire win five British County Championship titles.
Yorkshire got to the final of last season’s British Championships but although Marjorie won her game, they suffered a narrow eight point defeat to south Yorkshire at Waterloo BC in Huddersfield.
Even when the season is over, there is no thoughts of Marjorie relaxing as she bowls several times a week indoors.
There is no sign of her retiring either and, as long as she’s selected, Marjorie plans to continuing bowling for the county next summer.
