Nostalgia: Reverend leaves Northorpe
The Rev Peter Harrison and his family left Northorpe Hall in Mirfield in 1984 after seven years’ hard work directing a scheme for children in trouble.
Mr Harrison saw the complete rebuilding of the hall and the beginning of the Kirklees Northorpe Barn Project, which catered for young people in the area.
