THE Reporter Series will again become one of Dewsbury Rams business partners after agreeing to strengthen our links.

The deal is worth a significant sum and will give the Rams access to several lucrative advertising and promotional opportunities with the Reporter Series of newspapers, in return for corporate hospitality and advertising at Tetley’s Stadium.

It is hoped that the agreement will provide the club with an opportunity to engage with more members of the local community and let them know about all of the great things happening on and off the field at Dewsbury’s only professional sports club.

Lynda Hargill, advertising manager at the Dewsbury Reporter said: “We’re really proud to once again have a partnership with Dewsbury Rams.

“The Rams are in the hearts of Dewsbury people and the Dewsbury Reporter has always had strong links with the local community.

“The paper is delighted to be renewing its partnership with Dewsbury Rams and we wish the all at the club every success this season.

Rams chairman Mark Sawyer heralded the renewal of terms with the Reporter as excellent news for the club.

He said: “We are delighted that the Reporter enjoyed their 2012 season with us and that they have decided to come on board again for 2013.

“We need local businesses and organisations to get behind us whenever and wherever they can. We can guarantee any prospective partners superb value for money and the fact that the Reporter has again decided to join forces with us for a further 12 months is a clear vindication of the professional way in which we now operate.

“We would like to wish everyone connected with the Reporter, especially its readers, all the very best for the next 12 months and hopefully we will all have the success that our area so richly needs and deserves.”
